Biocidal Products Regulation \u2014 BPR<\/h1>\n

The Biocidal Products Regulation \u2014 BPR<\/strong>, also known as Regulation \u2014 EU \u2014 No 528\/2012<\/strong>, is the main European legislation governing the placing on the market and use of biocidal products in the European Union.<\/p>\n

The regulation entered into force on 1 September 2013<\/strong> and replaced Directive 98\/8\/EC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
