The IoCT interacts closely with institutional bodies as an advocate for the coating industry and painting technicians at a national and European level. Exchanging know-how with European partners and improving practices is ongoing through participating in calls to submit proposals to the European Union and international organisations in which the Institute takes part as a representative of Greece.
Interaction with institutional bodies is an absolutely legitimate and essential part of the decision-making process to ensure that policies reflect the true needs of the sector both nationally and across Europe.
As part of ensuring transparency in its interactions, the Institute is registered on the transparency registry for lobby groups in the European Union, demonstrating its commitment to the spirit of openness and full transparency.
